good location but noisy environment
The maintenance man were very good, offering us a complimentary upgrade when our window wouldn't close. My daughter adored the unique tub 'viewing area'.
The location, while close to downtown, came with a lot of noise from the surrounding activity, which wasn't ideal for our family.

Our bed was comfortable and the shower was great
Did not seem very clean on the outside - cups left on tables in the lobby food left outside of a room all night and day Gross hooker type girls getting out of elevator Clientele was a bit rough looking

Clean hotel, top-class staff & good and decent location down the hill. Brand-new and big rooms with a shower and 2 full size beds, for instance, really really nice stay! Marvellous breakfast with plenty of meals. Location close enough to a restaurant, Austin, Texas, and downtown.

Renovations to the hotel's interior are nice!!
The location is horrible!!. Too far from the preferred, active areas of Austin.

The bed was very comfortable, the pool was nice, and the continental breakfast was fine.
The door to the room needs to be shaved down. We left, and when we came back, we realized that the door was not closed and locked. While searching for the ice machine, I saw two more rooms that the doors were slightly open, and I bet those people thought they were closed too. I did notify the front desk.

Room was rather small for all the furniture. The biggest negative was pool has no sun exposure. Hotel was nice, but showing signs of wear.

We went to Austin to celebrate our one year marriage anniversary... Love the hotel on line.. A little hard to find because the drive way is very small off the freeway with not much warning.. But once there we loved it... Huge comfortable bed , couch ,desk and wi-fi for computer ,nice storage space ....and our favorite part the huge bath with rain shower ,loved the lighting... Very nice for young couples... We will be booking again on our next trip to austin in April.
Not much but if there was one thing ...my husband thought the toilet was too short and uncomfortable...LOL But true.

The room was good-sized with 2 full size beds, had essentials required. The hotel's location was great and decent next to the tub. Besides, it was near downtown, the airport and a restaurant

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and had a fantastic soaking tub that my kids loved! They had a nice pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hot tub was a nice touch. Just be ready for some loud music from nearby events, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 🎉

The distinct room layout offered a quirky charm, reminiscent of eclectic thrift store finds. The experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues. I felt uneasy even sleeping on top of the covers. Other downfalls included a lack of toilet paper and a poorly maintained gym with no air conditioning or water.

The themed decor and comfortable beds.
One downside was that the WiFi was unreliable . We kept getting kicked off, frustrating when trying to plan our activities.

The jacuzzi tub was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed the spacious room. The location was perfect, with access to downtown attractions, made our family outing easy.
In my wife's opinion, the pool should be more kid-friendly.
